All sections apply to SATI digital conference delegates.


The Booking Form for the Event and these Terms together form the contract between the person or organisation named on the Booking Form and WOW Event GmbH for your attendance to a Sustainable Alpine Tourism Initiative digital conference. Your order made via the Event ticketing page will take place when you register to the event.

All applications to register for the Event are subject to availability. SATI2020 organisers reserve the absolute right to refuse any application for a place at the Event. Your registration for SATI is not complete until you have registered for the specific event session.

SATI digital conference series will be delivered on the dates and at the times given on the Event webpage.


Your personal details will be used to process your registration, administer the Event, and to send you updates and information about the Event.

We use a third-party registration data controller of your information for the purpose of processing the registration, which may involve your information being processed outside of the EEA.

We will share your information with organisations that work with us to run SATI.

Photographs and video recordings may be taken and used by SATI2020 organisers for marketing and publicity purposes relating to the Event. SATI has a legitimate interest in being able to take photographs and recordings of the Event. If you do not wish to be recorded, let us now at the contact details above.

Any sharing of your information shall be subject to appropriate confidentiality and technical and organisational measures to keep your personal information secure.

Any outputs from SATI may be used by SATI organisers for research purposes.

All intellectual property rights in Event materials, including resources, slides and our models, methods and approaches (“the Materials”), SATI name and logo, and any photos or recordings of the Event belong to SATI. You may not use Materials or intellectual property in a way that may infringe third party rights or bring SATI or any third-party organisation into disrepute.


If any of the events are cancelled, the organiser shall inform you by the email address which was used in the event registration.

Short-term program or schedule changes are held back by the organizer.


The visitor gives his express consent that the recordings made by him are recorded analogously or digitally without compensation and without time limitation; and that the recordings or parts of them will be published. This applies particularly to video transmissions on the Internet and television programs. In addition, these recordings can be used for post-reporting and to promote other events arranged by SATI organisers.


Sound, film and photo recordings are permitted throughout the SATI panels and workshops. Panels are treated as on the record.

Austrian law only. The place of jurisdiction is the district court of Zell am See. Should any part of these general terms and conditions be or become ineffective, the remaining provisions of these conditions remain effective.
